The short version: tell us as early as you can if you need to move an appointment, and we will almost always sort something out. The detail is below.
Cancellations received within 48 business hours of an appointment are charged at 100% of the cost of that appointment.
We know things come up, a pet who is suddenly unwell, a family emergency, a day that falls apart. Call us. The earlier you can tell us, the easier it is for everyone, and the more likely the slot can go to another pet who needs it.
Package sessions do not expire on a fixed date. If circumstances change and you are left with unused sessions, call us and we will work out what is fair, including, where appropriate, a refund of the unused portion at the single-session rate.
If your pet dies before a package is finished, please do not worry about the admin. Call when you are ready and we will handle it.
We accept Zelle, cash and check. Credit card payments carry a 3.5% transaction fee, which is the processor’s charge rather than ours.
Braces, carts, harnesses and similar devices are supplied by their manufacturers rather than by us, and the manufacturer’s own returns policy applies. We will tell you what that policy is before you order, and we will help with a return if something does not fit as it should.
Custom-made and made-to-measure devices are generally not returnable once produced. We will say so clearly before anything is ordered.
We are not a contracted provider with any insurance company. You pay us directly and we provide a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurer. Reimbursement is between you and them, and we cannot guarantee it, which is worth checking with your insurer before your first appointment rather than after.
Anything here that does not fit your situation: call 303‑388‑6886 or email info@rehab4pets.com. We would rather talk it through than have you guess.
Tell us what you’ve noticed. We’ll tell you honestly whether we think we can help.
