A mission we stand by

Move Better · Feel Better · Live Longer. That is what we are here for, and we are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of pets by helping them do all three.

What we believe

Your dog or cat is an irreplaceable member of your family who gives you unconditional love. Our mission at Rehab 4 Pets is to give them the level of care they deserve, and to keep advancing how that care is delivered, through rehabilitation, integrative protocols and pain management.

A few things sit underneath everything we do:

  • A dog’s life is defined by their movement. Improving how they move improves the life they have.
  • Our relationships with our pets make our lives whole. That is the reason any of this matters.
  • Care should be integrative and holistic. Complementary to conventional veterinary medicine, never a replacement for it.
  • We work with your veterinary team. Surgeons and general practitioners alike, to give your pet the highest standard of care and the fastest return to function possible.
  • We are part of this community. We take pride in caring for the pets of Dallas–Fort Worth, and in giving our time, resources, knowledge and hard work where they are needed.

Care your pet deserves

Our team specializes in using our hands in a calm, unhurried way, to understand each patient, what is troubling them, and what they need.

Every pet gets a solution built for them rather than a standard protocol, and every one of them is treated with compassion. That part is not negotiable.

We enrich the lives of pets by helping them take steps forward again.

What to expect at an integrative session

Pets with mobility problems rarely have just one thing going on. There is usually the original problem, and then the compensations that built up around it, and those often need treating too.

Strengthening, flexibility, return to function and pain relief can each call for a different approach. So at your appointment, our doctors may use several techniques in a single session, chosen for exactly what your pet needs that day.

It is why no two treatment plans here look quite the same.

Our vision

We envision a world where people respect and live alongside their pets in a way that gives every one of them a long, healthy life.

And we are committed to enriching the lives of people, by helping the pets they love have the best quality of life possible.

Our core values

Five things shape how we run a rehabilitation practice.

  • Professionalism. We hold ourselves to the highest ethical and professional standards in our field, and we follow every state and federal regulation that applies to veterinary medicine, chiropractic and rehabilitation.
  • Dedication. We are dedicated to creating the best future possible for your pet, and to educating and inspiring both Pet Parents and other veterinary professionals, so more pets benefit from a team approach to their care.
  • Honesty. We are open and honest with Pet Parents, colleagues and staff, and we give information that is accurate to the best of our knowledge, including when the honest answer is not the one anyone hoped for.
  • Compassion. We treat people and pets with empathy and sensitivity. Always.
  • Innovation. We use the most up-to-date, evidence-based treatments available, and we build new approaches on the foundation of proven ones.
