Privacy policy

• What you send us. If you fill in a form or email us, we receive what you typed, your name, contact details and whatever you tell us about your pet. We use it to answer you and to arrange care.
• Basic analytics. We use analytics to see which pages people read and roughly where visitors come from. This is counted in aggregate; we are not trying to identify individuals.
• Nothing you did not give us. We do not buy contact lists and we do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

Clinical records are held in the practice management system, not on this website. They are kept confidential and shared only where you have authorised it, typically with your referring veterinarian, as set out in the consent you sign at your first visit.

The intake and referral forms on this site are documents you complete and return to us. They are not stored on the website.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it. Email info@rehab4pets.com or call the clinic.

If you have asked to receive updates from us and change your mind, every email has an unsubscribe link and we will stop.
